I still need to fix some typos, but now it work.

Off topic, it is normal if in acp I see four times the portal and four times the index options?

Since the installation has been left half done, it is possible that when installing it correctly, errors may appear. I would recommend that after the first installation, you uninstall it and delete the data (from the ACP, you do not need to delete the files) and reinstall it, so that it installs correctly.
