cBB Follower English language pack

Hello,


I've adjusted the English language pack a little since several English terms seemed a direct translation from Spanish which made them a little hard to understand.

It may not be entirely perfect yet, since I haven't tested every feature and page of the extension yet, but see what you think:

You must also check the English language files of the extension’s core folder

Core is across extensions, I'm particularly focused on cBB Follower because it may be the most user-forward CaniDev extension.

Most of the translations are done with Google Translator. I appreciate that you take the time to make corrections.

Google Translate works pretty well from English to Spanish but not the other way around - happy to help!
