cbbfollower mention work in other extensions

Is it possible to make the cbbfollower mention work in other extensions?
For example, I use this extension >> https://www.phpbb.com/customise/db/exte ... extension/ and I would like the mention to work in the comments

Thank you very much for your answers, just another addendum to the cbbfollower mention system [and, it could be possible to mention groups using @groupname
