it's possible show more 10 hashtag from box trends? or randomly?? it's possible?

Sorry for the delay on reply.
You can change the number of trends or the order by editing the file "follower/includes/functions_follower.php"
Find:

$result = $db->sql_query_limit($sql, 10, 0, 3600);

In this line you can change 10 for the number of trends to show.

Before this line you can find "ORDER BY count DESC" and you can change count DESC to RAND() to show random trends
