This Chat addon extension displays Chat at the bottom of every page* of your board. It allows the user to resize the Chat window and it adds a new UCP option so that users can turn it on/off. It integrates with Chat's existing UCP permissions. Furthermore it supports the
IS possible it addon ? like facebook chat
and more controll in UCP for users?

Add chat on every page is bad. It will add more load on server.
