cBB chat - image zoom on mobile devices

Hi,

It'd be nice if there were some way to get an image popup that I could zoom on, when on mobile in cBB chat.

Or support for something like the lightbox extension:

Though even a simple CSS trick or some code edit would be fine too (if that's possible)

So I've been trying to do a bit more digging. I should have probably posted this in the support section.

So when I try this on a desktop and put the browser in mobile mode with an extension, I can still click images (they open in a new tab and I can zoom and pan).

When I request the desktop page on a mobile phone, I can also click the image and zoom and pan in a new tab.

It's when the chat is on a mobile device that requests the mobile page that the ability to click an image is lost.

Any ideas?
